Return Policy

Owing to the fragile nature of our products and the logistics incurred in the process, Rayden will not accept any returns of products unless there is damage to the product during transit to the customer.

We strive to provide our customers with the best of our designs manufactured by skilled artisans. Hence, we do not accept any returns unless the product bears a manufacturing defect.

Please note, there are likely to be some coour variations in the product received as against the image on the website / social media / E-commerce platforms.

Incase of products damaged in transit or upon receiving a defective piece, the complaint needs to be supported with valid photographs within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Rayden will ship a replacement order/product within 4 working days of receiving a complaint. In case the product is out of stock or we are for unforeseen reasons unable to replace the product, Rayden will refund any payments that are made pertaining to the order.

Your contact information is stored in our database and is only used to contact you during the time that your order is being processed and then after for announcement of our latest deals and news etc. We at Rayden Design Studio condemn the unauthorized reach and misuse and/or disclosure of the personal information of the customer and we have strict guidelines and high security features to prevent the same.
